The service details: order processing, delivery, support and the information needed at each stage.

Seller and payment

SilentSIMs is operated by Desklink L.L.C-FZ. Card payments are processed through Stripe under SECURE COMMUNICATIONS. That name may appear at payment or on your statement.

What you are buying

Review items, quantities and compatibility before confirming. A SIM includes the profile or card; data and minutes are purchased separately. Data credit expressed in USD is not a fixed GB allowance. Phones, licences and bundles include only what their product description states.

Price and confirmation

Prices are in USD. The total confirmed before opening Stripe is the amount charged; we do not add shipping or card surcharges at that step. We prepare orders only after verifying payment. If we cannot supply your order, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.

Use and service limits

Use the service lawfully. Check the networks, tariffs and requirements for your destination and device. A private SIM does not guarantee anonymity, universal coverage, SMS verification numbers or end-to-end encryption. Carrier and country requirements can vary.
